LED Flashlight Fenix LD15R

The Fenix LD15R is a powerful rechargeable handheld flashlight that offers up to 500 lumens (ANSI) of neutral white light (4500K) with a range of up to 85 meters and also features red LEDs. It is powered by a single RCR123A rechargeable battery which is recharged directly in the flashlight via a micro-USB connector, alternatively a disposable CR123A lithium battery can be used to power the flashlight. In addition, there is an indicator LED in the control button, so you will always know when to recharge the battery. The end of the flashlight is magnetic, so it can easily be attached to anything metal. In addition, the flashlight is equipped with a bi-directional multi-functional clip. The LD15R features seven different lighting modes, allowing you to choose between high power and long lasting (up to 110 hours). The flashlight is powered by a digitally controlled constant current to guarantee a constant light output even when the battery voltage is reduced (when the batteries are slowly discharging).

The Fenix LD15R (originally called Fenix UC09) is destined to serve as a work flashlight, a business flashlight hanging on a pocket or strap, as well as a flashlight for everyday use at home and on the go.

Usage:

There may be a black insulating cap on the battery inside the flashlight from the factory. Remove it from the battery pack before first use.

Hold the button for half a second to switch on and off. Additional button presses can switch between white light modes 3 - 30 - 150 - 500 lumens at any time during operation. To switch between red and white light modes, hold the side button for approximately 1.2 seconds. In the red light mode, you can cycle between red light, flashing and SOS modes with short button presses.

Battery indication: after a short press of the button (the headlamp must be switched off), the LED indicator in the button is activated. If the indicator LED is green the battery is more than 85% charged. Green flashing indicates 50-85% capacity. If it is red, it is 25-50% charged. Red flashing indicates less than 25% battery capacity remaining.

Charging: Alternatively, any mobile phone charger with a micro USB connector can be used for charging. The side button glows red while charging and turns green when fully charged. After charging the flashlight, reseal the charging connector with the rubber cap. Charging a fully discharged battery takes approximately 1.5 hours. In an emergency, the flashlight can also be used while charging, but only the 30 lumen mode will be available.

Low battery warning (only functional with RCR123A) - the flashlight will gradually switch automatically to the lowest mode and flash every three seconds.

Warning:

Do not disassemble the sealed part in the head of the flashlight yourself, this will violate the warranty.
If using a disposable CR123A battery, do not attempt to charge it in the flashlight.
If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water.
If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons: the battery is almost dead - charge it or replace it. The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. The back of the flashlight is loose - tighten it.
