IFAK SF Rip-off medical pouch

Medical pouch developed in cooperation with Czech Armed Forces. The pouch is made out of two parts. Base platform which is attached to belt or plate carrier by MOLLE straps and IFAK SF medical pouch. Base platform IFAK SF medical pouch is secured in place by polyethylene tongue on the bottom and VELCRO® on the back side. Front side is covered with flap with Fastex. Back side contains polyethylene support to prevent collapsing of the pouch. VELCRO® with medical cross for designation. Attachment by two MOLLE straps with Back-Flip system. IFAK SF Waterproof treatment Access by double zipper. Two mesh pockets and rubber bands for securing essential material such as Israeli dressings, Hemostatic gauze, Nasopharyngal airways, decompression needles, surgical gloves, etc. Small carry handle on the top.
