Inside is one sealing O-ring designed to seal the connection between the nozzle and cylinder head outlet during movement and contribute to consistent operation of the air seal system. Depending on the specific length, the weight ranges from 0.8 to 1.3 g. When choosing a nozzle, we recommend paying particular attention to the correct nozzle length – even a small difference can affect contact with the hop-up bucking, BB feeding or the air seal of the entire assembly. For smooth movement and correct O-ring function, it is advisable to apply a small amount of seal-compatible lubricant during installation.

How Do I Choose the Correct Nozzle Length?
Ideally, use the length of the original correctly functioning nozzle and the design of the specific gun as a reference. A nozzle that is too short or too long can cause air seal or BB feeding problems.
Does the O-Ring Need Lubrication?
ANAREUS tip: during installation, we recommend lightly lubricating the O-ring and contact surface with a suitable seal-compatible lubricant. Only a small amount is required – excess lubricant is not desirable for correct operation of the air seal system.
Is the Duralumin Nozzle Universal for All AEGs?
No. Although it is a standard design, AEG guns use different nozzle lengths. It is therefore essential to select a variant that matches the specific gun and hop-up assembly used.
