GUARDER switch trolley for G3 is a replacement part for the V2 AEG gearbox designed for G3A1 / G3A3 and similar airsoft rifles. The trolley is made from heat-resistant plastic and controls the electrical circuit when the trigger is pulled. It is suitable for replacing a worn or damaged original part and the plastic withstands temperatures of up to approximately 200 °C.

25+ years of proven equipment and accessories.
GUARDER switch trolley for G3 is a replacement part for the electrical trigger mechanism of G3-series AEG rifles with a V2 gearbox. When the trigger is pulled, the trolley moves and its copper contacts close the electrical circuit between the battery and motor. The trolley body is made from heat-resistant plastic that withstands temperatures of up to approximately 200 °C. Higher heat resistance is particularly useful around the contacts, where heat and electrical arcing occur when switching current. During repairs, we also recommend checking the condition of the fixed contacts, wiring and free movement of the entire trolley. If the contacts are heavily burnt or deformed, they may have higher electrical resistance and replacing the moving part alone may not solve the problem. The part is designed for the corresponding G3 mechanical trigger mechanism, and before installation in guns from other manufacturers, we recommend comparing its shape with the original trolley.
The trolley is designed for the electrical trigger mechanism of compatible G3 AEGs, such as G3A1 / G3A3 rifles with the corresponding V2 gearbox.
The copper conductive parts close the electrical circuit when the trigger is pulled, allowing current to flow from the battery to the motor.
The trolley body is made from Anti-Heat plastic with heat resistance of up to approximately 200 °C, which withstands thermal stress around the electrical contacts well.
The trolley is suitable for replacing a worn, burnt or mechanically damaged original part in a compatible trigger mechanism.
The part works with conventional mechanical AEG contacts. It is not a replacement for an electronic trigger unit or another type of electronic switching system.
The trolley converts trigger movement into closing the electrical contacts. Once they are connected, current flows from the battery to the motor and the gearbox performs its operating cycle.
No. Although both G3 and M4 / M16 series guns use a V2 gearbox, the design of the trigger contacts and trolley may differ depending on the platform. For G3, therefore, use a part designed specifically for the corresponding G3 trigger mechanism.
Mechanical switching generates heat and electrical arcing at the contacts. Heat-resistant plastic withstands the temperatures in this part of the mechanism better, and this trolley is rated for temperatures of up to approximately 200 °C.
During servicing, we recommend checking the fixed contacts, wiring and free movement of the trolley. If the contact surfaces are heavily burnt or deformed, their condition should also be addressed to ensure the new part works correctly.
