RETURNING POLICY

Products we offer are covered with warranty for 24 months, except the products manufactured up to year 2002, which are covered with a 6 months warranty.

Warranty doesnt cover issues such as :

• customer-performed disassembly, upgrade or modification
• product returned in incomplete condition
• mechanically damage parts (exc.the factory material defects)
• damage caused by use of impropper Ball Bullets (beads, bearing balls, stones etc. ), or caused by use of cracked, dirty, re-used, or low-quallity (non spheric shape, seams) Ball Bullets
• common wear caused by using of the product

Price Information - MSRP of our products are available at www.anareus.cz or at printed price list offered in company’s shop. Prices include VAT.

ORDERS

Orders are possible to be set by:

• phone
• website e-shop

It is necessary to include the product codes in phone/mail orders, so we can complete the order.

ORDER STATUS

• Accepted order- order was started to be processed
• Incomplete, Items Out Of Stock-customer is informed about possible item availability
• Prepared for Spedition
• Partially Processed Order-there were shipped just the available items
• Finished Order-processed order that has been shipped
• Cancelled Order

ORDER SHIPPING

Orders are shipped as soon as possible, in 1-2 days if the items are in stock

PACKING FEE

Our company doesnt charge any packing fees to our customers

LOCAL PICKUP

It is possible to pick the order personally in our shop at U Pejřárny 1043/4B St., Prague 142 00

CZECH POST DELIVERY

Shipping costs are set according to the CZ Post price list. Invoice is included in order.

Orders worth 3000+ CZK/150+ € are shipped with no shipping charge

GLS Spedition Company Delivery

Shipping costs are set according to the GLS price list. Order is delivered day after the order placement.

ORDER CANCELLING

It is possible to cancel the order untill it is shipped. I tis customers duty to pay the shipping costs in case of refusing to accept the delivered order.

Abdication of the contract from the side of e-shop operator

The enterpreneur reserves the right to correct the price of the goods before sending the goods, if it finds that the goods were offered at the wrong price. In this case, he must inform the customer of the correct price and he must agree to the price adjustment. Otherwise, the purchase contract will not be concluded and the order will be canceled by the e-shop operator.

cash is accepted in the shop, or by delivering drivers

BANK TRANSFER

Transfer is based on proforma invoice, which is set in time of preparing the order. If the invoice isnt paid till its date of fullfilling, the order is cancelled. The order contains the bill/invoice confirming the bank transfer payment.

We offer an credit programme to our regular shopping partners.Height of the credit depends on past takings. These conditions are anchored in the Dealer Contract Appendix. Maturity of the invoices is set individually.

PastPay

On the anareus.cz webshop, it is possible to pay for the purchased goods not immediately, but at a later date. We provide this with the help of an external financial partner, PastPay Europe sp. z o.o. (PastPay) through its payment method called PastPay. In this case, if you select PastPay as the payment method at checkout and PastPay undertakes to finance the given transaction, PastPay will buy the invoice issued by the Service Provider to you, therefore it will purchase the Service Provider's claim against you and pays the invoice value to the Service Provider instead of you. In such cases, the invoice issued by the Service Provider already contains the unique legal features of the scheme and all the necessary information.

It is IMPORTANT that after the assignment of the invoice, your payment obligation remains with PastPay, which can only be paid to the bank account number of PastPay indicated on the invoice. You must fulfill your payment obligation no later than the due date of the invoice, otherwise a flat rate of 40 euros will be charged. By using PastPay, you consent to the forwarding of your contact details (name, email address, phone number) to PastPay. This is primarily necessary so that we can send you the information and notifications necessary for the grant and the payment process. You can find PastPay’s Privacy Policy here. In the event that PastPay does not undertake to finance the given transaction, this payment method is not available - of course, you still have the option of making the purchase, please choose another payment method in such a scenario.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER PAYMENTS

International orders have to be paid via the bank transfer, and are shipped by GLS Parcel Service only. The customer is responsible for knowledge of gun import laws in target destination.
