The CORE™ series consists of BBs produced by Specna Arms with the aim of delivering high-quality, high-performance ammunition while maintaining a reasonable price, so you do not have to hold back when shooting. The ammunition undergoes very thorough quality control to ensure that every BB delivers the best possible performance on its way to the target. CORE™ BBs are ideal for machine guns, SMGs, assault rifles and precision DMRs with tight-bore barrels. Thanks to their precise 5.95 ± 0.005 mm dimensions, they maintain consistent contact with the hop-up bucking, both in R-HOP and FLAT hop systems and when using conventional buckings with a smaller contact patch. Strict weight consistency of ± 0.01 g ensures excellent grouping and minimal deviations. If you do not want to invest in the most expensive EDGE ULTRA™ series but still want reliable ammunition for tight-bore barrels without the risk of jamming at higher rates of fire, CORE™ BBs are exactly what you are looking for.

Key features of CORE™ BBs

Price / quality

High-quality BBs at a reasonable price, suitable for precision inner barrels in sniper rifles as well as machine guns with a high rate of fire.

Excellent precision

The diameter of 5.95 mm (± 0.005 mm) and weight consistency of ± 0.01 g make them suitable even for 6.01 mm precision inner barrels.

Ammunition for machine guns and precise DMR shots

The CORE™ series is versatile ammunition for assault rifles, precision DMRs and sniper rifles, as well as machine guns, where you do not want to worry about the price of BBs and simply want to enjoy sustained fire.

Versatile use

Suitable for AEG, HPA, GBB, CO2 and sniper rifles with very tight-bore barrels.

Standard version

A conventional version of plastic BBs that is less environmentally friendly than BIO PLA, but more resistant to environmental degradation.

Frequently asked questions from our store

Are Specna Arms CORE™ BBs suitable for a 6.01 mm precision inner barrel?

Yes. CORE™ BBs have a declared diameter of 5.95 ± 0.005 mm, making them suitable even for precision inner barrels with a diameter of 6.01 mm and larger. However, if you are building a highly precise DMR or sniper rifle and want minimal dimensional deviations in your ammunition regardless of price, we recommend trying the EDGE ULTRA™ series.

What is the difference between Specna Arms CORE™, FLEX™, EDGE™ and EDGE ULTRA™?

Primarily the precision of manufacturing tolerances and price. The entry-level FLEX™ series offers affordable ammunition for regular gameplay and high consumption. CORE™ provides a versatile option with tighter manufacturing tolerances, EDGE™ adds a higher-quality surface finish compared with CORE™, and EDGE ULTRA™ is the most precise series for players who want to get the maximum performance from their gun. CORE™ therefore makes very good sense for a standard AEG.

How should airsoft BBs be stored?

Keep BBs clean, dry and in a sealed container, ideally in their original resealable bag. Do not pour them loose into pockets or dirty containers. Dust, sand and other contaminants can enter the magazine, hop-up unit and inner barrel together with the BBs, where they may cause feeding issues, barrel fouling and reduced accuracy.
