EMG developed it in cooperation with GunPower as a more portable automatic loader that combines high performance, compact dimensions and simple operation. Instead of repeatedly pressing a conventional speedloader or turning a crank, simply connect a compatible magazine and let the electric motor feed the BBs. The powerful motor is designed to handle magazines with very stiff follower springs (such as the PTS EMP-1) in less than 20 seconds. GBB magazines and other low-capacity magazines can be filled in less than 3 seconds. This makes the AUTOBOT particularly suitable for situations where a larger number of magazines need to be prepared in a short time. The internal mechanism uses high-strength CNC-machined gears and a smoothly polished CNC stainless steel tube for reliable BB feeding. The loader hopper itself holds up to 1400 BBs and features a closable lid. The outer body is made from lightweight and durable DuPont polymer, while both sides feature customisable Dot Matrix panels for creating your own name tag or ID marking. Power is supplied by a 7.4V or 11.1V Li-Po battery with a T-Dean connector, which is not included. The internal battery compartment measures 19 × 26 × 73 mm and is suitable, for example, for small batteries used with HPA systems or AEP pistols. A larger compatible battery can be kept outside the loader body thanks to the wiring with a T-Dean connector. According to the manufacturer, a 600mAh Li-Po battery can load approximately 90 000 BBs on a single charge.
