View larger AirsoftParts steel bushings (9 mm) are precision CNC-machined bushings for AEG gearboxes with 9mm bearing seats. An electroless nickel coating with a hardness of 660–850 HV increases wear and corrosion resistance while providing a smooth sliding surface. The set contains 6 pieces, and the manufacturer specifies use with springs up to M170.

25+ years of proven equipment and accessories.
ASPARTS037
AirsoftParts bearing installation tool is a practical service tool for installing bearings into a gearbox. The duralumin construction reduces the risk of scratching the bearing surface during installation, while the circumferential grooves provide a secure grip and precise handling. A useful tool for building, repairing and upgrading AEG gearboxes.

Specna Arms silicone grease in a practical 50g package is an essential service lubricant for airsoft gun maintenance. It is particularly suitable for O-rings, seals, AEG pneumatic systems, GBB valves and HPA systems. It helps reduce friction, protects sealing components from drying out and extends their service life.
AirsoftParts 9 mm steel bushings are plain bushings manufactured on precision CNC machines in the Czech Republic and designed for gearboxes with 9mm gear axle bearing holes. The design features relieved contact surfaces between the bushings and gears, intended to reduce the friction area and promote smooth operation of the gear train. The surface is treated with an electroless nickel coating with a hardness of 660–850 HV (58–63 HRC), which increases wear and corrosion resistance while providing a very smooth sliding surface. The bushings intentionally have no lubrication groove, which according to the manufacturer could contribute to wear on the gear axles. These are solid bushings without balls, suitable even for mechanically demanding builds; the manufacturer specifies use with springs up to M170.
Steel bushings contain no balls or other moving parts and provide solid support for the gear axles inside the gearbox.
The nickel-plated surface reaches a hardness of 660–850 HV (58–63 HRC) and contributes to high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and low friction.
Relief in the areas contacting the gears reduces the friction surface area and promotes smoother gear operation with lower mechanical losses.
The bushings have no lubrication groove that could create an edge acting against the gear axle. This design maintains a continuous sliding surface around the axle.
The bushings are machined on precision CNC machines in the Czech Republic, and the manufacturer recommends them for gearboxes with 9mm bearing seats and springs up to M170.
Bushings have a solid construction without balls or other moving parts. The gear axle rotates directly against the smooth sliding surface of the bushing, providing a mechanically simple design suitable even for heavily stressed builds.
The nickel coating creates a smooth, hard and corrosion-resistant surface. The manufacturer specifies a hardness of 660–850 HV (58–63 HRC), high wear resistance and good sliding properties.
They are designed for gearboxes using 9mm bearing seats. Before installation, it is advisable to verify the actual diameter of the holes in the specific gearbox and ensure the bushings are seated correctly.
The manufacturer specifies use with springs up to M170. However, the entire assembly must be appropriately rated for the load – this specification alone does not determine the maximum load capacity of the other gearbox components.
