AirsoftParts hop-up bucking shims are designed for precise adjustment of the bucking's longitudinal position inside the hop-up chamber. Individual hop-up buckings can differ in design and sealing lip length, which affects their interaction with the nozzle and BB feeding. If the sealing lips are too short, an air leak between the nozzle and hop-up bucking may occur. If they are too long, they may extend into the feeding area and cause feeding issues. A shim only 0.2 mm thick allows the bucking to be moved inside the chamber in small increments to find the appropriate position for a specific setup. The 9.85 mm outer diameter allows use with most common hop-up chambers. When fine-tuning, we recommend adding one shim at a time and checking the air seal, free nozzle movement and reliable BB feeding after each adjustment.
