Does the ZDTK-4P fit all airsoft AKs?

Not automatically. The gun must have a corresponding 24 mm CW thread and its muzzle configuration must allow the suppressor to seat correctly. The AK platform alone therefore does not guarantee compatibility.

Can an extended inner barrel be concealed inside the suppressor?

Yes, the 36 mm inner diameter provides sufficient clearance for an inner barrel. When extending the barrel, however, it must remain correctly centred to prevent BBs from striking the inside or front of the suppressor during firing.
