The combination of a short design, metal body and CNC-machined RIS handguard makes it a versatile AEG for CQB as well as regular outdoor airsoft games. The ONE™ series relies on a classic mechanical design without an electronic processor unit, while still offering a reinforced gearbox and above-standard internal parts. At the heart of the rifle is a reinforced V2 gearbox, which according to the manufacturer is durable enough for springs up to M120. Inside you will find 18:1 steel gears, 8mm ball bearings, a reinforced polymer piston with 1 metal tooth, aluminium nozzle, aluminium cylinder head with double sealing and an aluminium piston head. The metal spring guide is equipped with a bearing. Out of the box, the rifle achieves a muzzle velocity of approximately 115 m/s. The Enter&Covert™ quick spring replacement system allows the rifle's power to be adjusted to the requirements of a specific field. With this generation of ONE™, however, it is still necessary to remove the gearbox from the rifle body to access the spring guide, so replacement requires basic knowledge of AEG disassembly. The package also includes a weaker M90 spring suitable for reducing the power, for example for CQB. BB feeding and spin are handled by an adjustable polymer rotary hop-up unit. The rifle uses classic mechanical trigger contacts without a MOSFET or ETU. For this model, we therefore primarily recommend a 7.4V Li-Po battery, or alternatively a conventional NiMH battery. Depending on its shape, a Buffer Stick, Nunchuck or Crane battery can be placed inside the adjustable Crane Stock. The external construction consists of a metal body with a matt finish and a CNC-machined metal RIS handguard in the MK18 style. The RIS rails allow the installation of a sight, front RIS grip, flashlight, AN/PEQ box and other accessories. The adjustable Crane Stock allows the length of the rifle to be adapted to the player's build or equipment. The outer barrel is finished with a standard 14mm CCW thread for installing a suppressor, compensator or tracer unit.

What battery do we recommend for the Specna Arms SA-A03 ONE™?

Due to the classic mechanical contacts without a MOSFET, we primarily recommend a 7.4V Li-Po battery, or alternatively NiMH. Depending on the dimensions, a Buffer Stick, Nunchuck or Crane battery can be used in the Crane Stock.

Does this rifle have a MOSFET or ETU?

No. The ONE™ series in this configuration uses classic mechanical trigger contacts. It is therefore a simpler, conventional AEG design without a programmable electronic unit.

Is it easy to replace the spring in the SA-A03 ONE™?

The rifle uses the Enter&Covert™ system, but unlike newer systems with access through the buffer tube, the gearbox must be removed from the rifle body to replace the spring. Replacement therefore requires basic knowledge of AEG disassembly.

What should I upgrade first if I want to improve the rifle?

The rifle is already powerful enough for regular gameplay in its standard configuration thanks to the CNC air-seal components, but if you want to improve trigger response, we recommend installing an ETU unit, or at least a MOSFET and an 11.1V battery. A higher RoF would then also require a piston with a full-metal rack. For greater accuracy, you can install a CNC hop-up unit with TDC pressure such as MAXX or RetroArms together with Maple Leaf or 4UAD buckings.
