What is ANAREUS+
ANAREUS+ is our new loyalty program for customers who want to get more out of their purchases. You gain access to discounted prices, free shipping, exclusive new products, and the option to replace a damaged weapon. In addition, you are automatically assigned to one of three membership levels: Bronze, Silver, or Gold, based on your purchase turnover over the last 3 months.
You can obtain membership in the ANAREUS+ loyalty program either by purchasing a virtual product or by purchasing a premium weapon marked as “PREMIUM” in the e-shop and registering it afterwards.
The membership is valid for 12 months from activation (activation occurs within 14 days after payment of the order). Before the membership expires, the customer is notified and has the option to extend the membership without losing the current discount level. If the membership is interrupted and later renewed, it starts again from the Bronze level.

ANAREUS+ membership levels
The level is determined by the turnover for the last 3 months and is recalculated automatically after orders are paid for or canceled. Discounted products cannot be combined with other discounts (except gift vouchers).

Advantageous replacement of a damaged weapon
- Once per year, it is possible to replace an accidentally damaged weapon (from the ANAREUS+ program, i.e. PREMIUM) with a new or refurbished one of the same type.
- Valid only for brands included in the program.
- A handling fee of 30% of the weapon price applies. The fee may vary for certain types.
- The process is handled via Retino and is assessed individually – it is necessary to create a claim case through the Anareus Retino portal.
Discount on BBs and gas
- After purchasing a premium weapon, the user receives a budget equal to the purchase price of the weapon for buying BBs and air/gas.
- The budget can be used for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, the entitlement automatically expires.
- Usage is subject to rules: maximum number of budget products and a minimum order value excluding them.
10% discount for IZS and Czech Army members
We thank all members of the Integrated Rescue System and the Czech Armed Forces (including active reserves) for their service and dedication.

FAQ
What is ANAREUS+ and how can I get it?
ANAREUS+ is a loyalty membership that you can obtain in two ways:
- By purchasing the virtual product “ANAREUS+”
- By registering a selected premium weapon purchased at Anareus
In both cases, you receive the membership for 1 year.
What benefits does the membership bring?
- Free shipping to pickup points (GLS) - temporarily unavailable for countries outside the Czech Republic
- Priority access to new products and promotions
- Discounted prices on hundreds of selected products
- Discount on consumables (BBs, propellant gas) equal to the weapon price
- Option to replace an accidentally damaged weapon (once per year, subject to a handling fee)
- Automatic assignment to Bronze, Silver, or Gold level with additional benefits
- Option to return unused goods free of charge within 30 days
How do the individual membership levels work?
The membership level is based on your purchase turnover over the last 3 months:
- Bronze: basic benefits, free shipping, 100 selected products at discounted prices
- Silver: everything from Bronze + 5% discount on all products, 150 selected products at better prices
- Gold: everything from Silver + 10% discount on all products, 200 selected products at the best prices

How often is the level recalculated?
The level is automatically updated after an order status changes to “paid” or “canceled”. The system evaluates the total turnover for the last 3 months.
Can I combine the benefits with other discounts?
No. ANAREUS+ benefits (e.g. discounted product prices) cannot be combined with other discount campaigns, with the exception of gift vouchers.
Am I entitled to a discount on ammunition even if I buy the weapon on sale?
Yes, as long as it is a premium weapon marked as “PREMIUM”. The budget is calculated from its purchase price.
Can I receive the ammunition discount multiple times if I purchase more premium weapons?
Each premium weapon has its own budget. If you purchase more than one, you will receive a separate budget for each of them.
If I have my weapon replaced through the ANAREUS+ program, what do I need to do?
Fill out a claim form via Retino. The weapon will be assessed and, after paying the handling fee, you will receive a new or refurbished weapon of the same type in exchange. This applies to PREMIUM weapons only.
Which brands are included in ANAREUS+ benefits?
The specific list of brands will be stated directly with products marked as “PREMIUM” – e.g. Specna Arms, etc.
What happens when my membership expires?
You will receive a notification with the option to renew. If you do not renew the membership and later sign up again, you will start over from the Bronze level.
What if I am a member of an airsoft team?
- Teams marked with -5% automatically receive Bronze membership for 6 months
- -10% teams receive Silver membership for 6 months
- VIP teams receive Gold membership for 12 months
During these membership periods, it is not possible to drop to a lower level.
