AirsoftParts silent piston head is a CNC-machined piston head made from EN AW 6012 T6 duralumin with a pneumatic brake that creates an air cushion before impact to reduce noise and dynamic shock. It features 9 holes for pressure-assisted sealing, an axial ball bearing and a polished surface. Designed for V2 and V3 gearboxes with springs up to M150.

25+ years of proven equipment and accessories.

AirsoftParts replacement seal / impact pad for a silent cylinder head is a service part designed to restore the sealing and impact damping of the piston assembly. The impact rubber replaces the worn original part on a compatible silent cylinder head and helps maintain its proper function. Made in the Czech Republic.

AirsoftParts silent cylinder head is a CNC-machined head made from EN AW 6012 T6 duralumin for V2 and V3 gearboxes. The integrated sealing collar with a large 80 ShA impact pad helps seal the air system while cushioning piston impacts. The electroless nickel-plated finish provides high hardness, wear resistance and low friction.

AirsoftParts ported cylinder is a stainless steel cylinder for AEGs with an inner barrel length of 200–400 mm, such as M4 or MP5. Gen 1.2 features revised dimensions for better compatibility and a smoother inner surface. The cylinder has an inner diameter of 23.95 mm, a ground finish and cooling grooves around the outer circumference.

AirsoftParts duralumin nozzle is a precision CNC-machined AEG air seal component made from durable EN AW 6012 T6 duralumin. An internal O-ring seals the connection between the nozzle and cylinder head, helping to reduce unwanted air leaks. The standard version is available in various lengths and weighs only 0.8–1.3 g depending on the variant.

AirsoftParts high-speed piston with full metal teeth is a lightweight AEG piston designed for setups where low moving mass and a fast operating cycle are important. The lightened high-strength plastic body is combined with a metal rack with 14 teeth. Thanks to 264 lightening holes, it weighs only 13.9 g and is designed for springs up to M140.
AirsoftParts silent piston head is a CNC-machined component for AEG air seal systems, made from EN AW 6012 T6 duralumin. Its main feature is a pneumatic brake that restricts the escaping airflow before the piston impacts the cylinder head, creating an air cushion. This cushions the final phase of piston movement, helping to reduce shot noise and dynamic shock transferred to the gearbox. The front features 9 holes through which air flows beneath the sealing O-ring during compression, expanding it against the cylinder wall. It also incorporates an axial ball bearing that allows the spring to rotate more freely during compression. The piston head weighs 11.6 g, has a polished surface and is specified by the manufacturer for V2 and V3 gearboxes. It can be combined with both the AirsoftParts silent cylinder head and CLASSIC cylinder head. Proper function requires professional installation and precise AoE adjustment with the pneumatic brake compressed and a clearance of 0.5–1 mm. The design is not intended for high RoF builds, and the manufacturer's limits for spring strength, firing mode and RoF must be observed.
Before piston impact, the pneumatic brake creates an air cushion that slows the final phase of its movement. This results in lower noise and reduced dynamic shock transferred to the gearbox.
The 9 front holes direct air beneath the sealing O-ring during compression, expanding it against the cylinder wall and helping to effectively seal the piston assembly.
The piston head is precision CNC-machined from EN AW 6012 T6 duralumin and has a polished surface. The manufacturer specifies a maximum recommended spring of M150 when used under the corresponding conditions.
The integrated axial ball bearing allows the spring to rotate more freely during compression, reducing torsional stress and contributing to longer spring life.
The silent piston head is designed for builds that comply with the specified spring and RoF limits. It is not suitable for high-speed configurations and requires correct AoE adjustment during installation.
Before the piston fully impacts, the pneumatic brake restricts escaping air and creates an air cushion. This cushions the final phase of piston movement, helping to reduce noise and mechanical shock transferred to the gearbox.
Yes. The manufacturer explicitly requires correct AoE (Angle of Engagement) adjustment. It must be set with the pneumatic brake compressed so that a clearance of 0.5–1 mm remains between the piston head and cylinder head. Installation therefore requires appropriate technical knowledge.
No. The manufacturer does not recommend it for high-RoF guns. With an M140 spring, the recommended maximum in full-auto is 8 BB/s, and with an M120 spring it is 15 BB/s. With an M150 spring, only semi-auto fire is recommended for long service life.
No. According to the manufacturer, the silent piston head can be combined with both the AirsoftParts silent cylinder head and the CLASSIC cylinder head. In both cases, correct adjustment of the entire assembly and AoE is essential.
