Precision Inner Barrel by Action Army

This tight bore barrel from Action Army delivers improved accuracy, consistency, and range by minimizing the air space around the BB during flight. This results in better BB stability and eliminates wobbling, enhancing precision. More compressed air stays behind the BB, increasing its muzzle velocity. Made of electro-chromed brass with a highly polished interior for optimal smoothness and performance.

Action Army Barrel Variants

  • Precision barrel for VSR / GBB 6.01 and 6.03 mm
    Unbridged precision barrel designed for GBB gas guns and sniper rifles such as VSR. Features cutouts only for chambers using GBB / VSR type buckings. Available in 6.03 mm and ultra-tight 6.01 mm variants.

  • Precision barrel for AEG 6.01 and 6.03 mm
    Bridged precision barrel designed for electric AEG guns in TM (Tokyo Marui) standard. Also includes cutouts for both GBB / VSR and AEG hop-up chambers, making it more versatile. Available in 6.03 mm and ultra-tight 6.01 mm (requires more maintenance, not recommended for high-RoF builds).

  • Precision barrel for AAP-01 GBB pistols
    Unbridged precision barrel made specifically for GBB pistols like AAP-01. Features cutouts for the standard and CNC upgraded AAP-01 chamber. Only compatible with GBB / VSR buckings.

Important Notes

  • Ammo cleanliness and quality are critical to shooting performance. Especially with tight bore barrels, prevent debris from reaching the BBs (e.g., via the magazine during prone use). Clean the barrel regularly to maintain accuracy.

  • Select barrel length based on the original inner barrel length in your gun.

  • Choosing the perfect barrel length for your setup requires consideration of several physics factors.

  • The key is the air volume ratio in the cylinder (or gas output), known as the Cylinder:Barrel Ratio. Longer barrels and heavier BBs require more air, which is why different cylinder port types exist. For gas setups, take into account the gas power or HPA regulator output.
