Extended Grenade Launcher Barrel for EPeS PB40 Grenades
Want to increase the range and accuracy of your PB40 grenades? Need more power, longer reach, and better precision? Looking for a simple upgrade you can do in minutes? The extended barrel for PB40 UGL grenades by EPeS is made exactly for that. Its CNC-machined aluminum and length tailored to your launcher deliver an immediate boost in grenade efficiency. Installation is quick and reversible—just insert the extended barrel into the launcher (see video guide below). This lets you dramatically raise PB40 performance without modifying the grenade itself.
Installation Guide
- Insert the grenade into the launcher and lock it in place.
- Slide the extended barrel into the launcher so its inner end sits inside the grenade.
- Using a long hex screwdriver (through the front access port of the launcher), tighten the front three screws of the locking spacer so it expands firmly against the launcher’s inner wall.
- Remove the grenade and, through the rear access port, adjust the rear locking spacers the same way.
- Check that the grenade inserts and ejects smoothly.
- Done—you’re ready to roll!
Length Options
- 20 cm – for launchers with barrel length 20 cm or more (M320, short M203)
- 30 cm – for launchers with barrel length 30 cm or more (AG36, long M203, L85 UGL)
- 35 cm – for launchers with barrel length 35 cm or more (M79)
