Maintenance, Charging & Storage

  • To ensure optimal performance, maintain the battery regularly.
  • Fully charge with a low current before first use.
  • Follow your charger’s instructions.
  • User manual (CZ/ENG) available under the Downloads tab.
  • Avoid over-discharge or overload to prolong battery life.
  • For long-term storage, keep at around 75% charge.
  • Use only suitable LiHV (Li-Pol) chargers and ideally charge in a safety bag.
  • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and temperature extremes.
  • Never fully discharge the battery.
  • Stop using the battery when you notice a drop in RoF or when the ETU signals low voltage or fault.

Warning

Charge Gens ACE 11.4V batteries only with high-performance chargers and with LiHV battery mode (e.g. Gens ACE G-TECH iMars S100 or iMars Mini 60W). Weak chargers like IMAX B3 10W/20W are insufficient for safe charging of 11.4V LiHV (Li-Pol) batteries.
