Why does the chest rig need detachable shoulder straps?
The camouflage section for the shoulder straps has a tubular construction and slides directly over the strap. Detaching the shoulder straps therefore allows the covers to be fitted correctly before reassembling the chest rig.
Why camouflage a chest rig if I already use a ghillie suit?
On an otherwise well-camouflaged person, a chest rig can create a regular surface and easily recognisable outlines of tactical gear. The three-dimensional cover with 3D leaves helps break up these shapes and visually integrate the front of your equipment with the rest of your camouflage.
