The EPeS Sniper Airseal Upgrade Set provides a full package of carefully designed and pre-assembled parts that significantly boost your rifle’s performance. It includes a tight CNC stainless steel cylinder with a sealed head and Sorbopad, a CNC spring guide with bearing and anti-vibration POM sleeve, a high-power M150 spring, and a CNC Variable Mass Piston (VMP) with a set of stainless and dural weights. By fine-tuning the piston mass, you can achieve quieter shots, more power, and tighter groupings with heavier BBs (Joule creep effect). The spring guide with bearing and sleeve reduces vibration and noise, while the Sorbopad protects the internals and extends their lifespan. Every set is individually tested at EPeS to ensure airseal, smooth operation, and low noise – giving you a fully assembled drop-in cylinder set.

Recommended Piston Weight Tuning

1. Select the BB weight you will be tuning for (e.g. 0.43 g, 0.49 g).
2. Test different weight combinations from lightest to heaviest and record the total piston weight.
3. For each weight, fire 3–5 shots and note average energy (Joules) and shot noise.
4. Choose the setup with the highest consistent energy and lowest deviation while keeping noise acceptable.
5. Verify the results in the field with hop-up engaged.
