Compared to the previous generation, it features a completely redesigned construction, an adjustable trigger, an integrated steel spring guide support.

AirsoftPro TM AWS ZERO Gen. 4 Upgrade Trigger Unit

The 4th generation AirsoftPro trigger unit features a completely redesigned construction developed for maximum durability and long service life when using powerful upgrade springs. The mechanism utilizes a ZERO (90°) piston sear, which eliminates piston tilting inside the cylinder, increases the contact surface, and significantly reduces stress on the entire mechanism. A new feature is the horizontally adjustable two-piece trigger, whose position can be adjusted by up to 7 mm after installation. The housing is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy on CNC machines, while the most heavily stressed components are made from hardened steel. The trigger unit is supplied as a standalone component without a piston, spring guide, or spring. Proper function requires the use of a 90° piston.

Key Features

ZERO Piston Sear

The 90° piston sear prevents piston lift and misalignment inside the cylinder, improves reliability, and allows the use of stronger upgrade springs.

Adjustable Two-Piece Trigger

The trigger position can be continuously adjusted over a 7 mm range forward and backward using an easily accessible hex screw.

Durable CNC Construction

The housing is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with an anodized finish, while the piston sear, lever, and spring guide support are made from hardened steel (HRC 28–32).

Smooth and Reliable Operation

A ball bearing inside the trigger, stainless steel pins, and dual torsion springs ensure smooth trigger pull and reliable sear reset.

Ready for High-Power Upgrades

The mechanism has been tested with springs up to M160, features a fixed steel spring guide support, and replacement parts are available from the manufacturer.
