AirsoftPro ZERO Trigger Gen. 6 is an improved version of the popular trigger mechanisms designed for VSR-10 spring-powered rifles. Its foundation is a 0° piston sear that eliminates piston lift inside the cylinder and significantly improves reliability when using powerful springs (0° ZERO piston is not included). The main innovation of this generation is the Sear Engagement Adjustment, allowing you to fine-tune the trigger feel according to your shooting style. The result can be either maximum safety or a short, crisp trigger pull for fast shots with minimal pressure. The entire mechanism is precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and fitted with hardened steel components, allowing it to withstand extreme stress in high-performance upgrade builds. During long-term testing, the mechanism operated flawlessly with an M170 spring. Do not overtighten the screws securing the mechanism to the receiver, as this may strip the threads. At the same time, we recommend applying threadlocker because vibration from powerful springs can gradually loosen the screws.
Yes, but the biggest difference becomes noticeable with more powerful builds. Standard triggers can handle weaker springs, but the ZERO Trigger provides future-proof reliability and a much cleaner, more predictable trigger pull.
With minimal sear engagement, the piston may release unintentionally when the rifle is bumped or the bolt is closed. In practice, we recommend starting with a safer setting and reducing engagement only in small increments.
Yes. The ZERO Trigger works only with pistons featuring a perpendicular (0°) sear. If you have a standard 45° piston, it must be replaced; otherwise, the mechanism will not function correctly.
