The original Colt 1911 is a .45 ACP self-loading pistol designed by John Moses Browning. It entered the armament of the US ARMY in 1911 and with the only significant modernization in 1924 served as a standard short firearm until 1985, when it was replaced by Beretta 92 F (M9) caliber 9 mm Luger (some special military units still use it today). It was deployed during the four major wars (the First and Second World Wars, the Korean War and the Vietnam War) and countless other armed conflicts.

The M 1911 A1 has seen many variants for the civilian market and is still the most copied pistol in the world.

From March 1911 until the end of World War I, the U.S. Army, Navy, and Marine Corps received 592,981 pieces, mostly manufactured by the Colt Company in Hartford. Later, the Springfield Armory and Remington also participated in the production. A total of over two million was produced and their production continues after World War II.

The gas is filled into a magazine with a capacity of 15 BBs. The muzzle velocity of the projectile is about 110 m/s.
