The Glock 19 Gen5 GBB by UMAREX / VFC is one of the most realistic airsoft pistols in its class. It combines the compact dimensions of the G19 with the powerful VFC gas system and precise craftsmanship. Compared to previous generations, it features fully ambidextrous controls, a redesigned frame without finger grooves, and a beveled slide front for smoother holster draws. Thanks to the metal slide and crisp blowback action, it provides a highly authentic shooting experience. Inside, you'll find a precision metal hop-up chamber with fine adjustment that helps maintain a stable BB trajectory. The pistol is compatible with standard G19 holsters, and the integrated RIS rail allows the installation of a tactical pistol flashlight or laser. It is powered by Green Gas, which is filled into the metal magazine. The fill valve is located at the bottom of the magazine beneath the removable base plate.

We recommend standard medium-strength Green Gas. For consistent performance and longer service life, use quality gas brands and regularly lubricate the seals with silicone oil.

Is the pistol suitable for winter use?

Gas-powered pistols generally lose performance in cold weather. For winter games, a stronger Red Gas may help, but expect increased wear on internal components.

Will it fit standard Glock holsters?

Yes. Thanks to its official dimensions, it fits most Glock 19 holsters from brands such as Safariland, Blackhawk, Amomax, and others.

What BB weight should I use?

High-quality 0.28–0.30 g BBs are ideal for improved accuracy and flight stability. Lighter 0.25 g BBs are more suitable for basic target practice.

Does it require any upgrades?

No. The pistol performs very well straight out of the box. Upgrades only become relevant depending on your play style, such as installing a precision inner barrel or upgraded bucking if you intend to use it as a primary CQB sidearm. The inner barrel and bucking follow the standard GBB / VSR specification, allowing upgrades such as a Maple Leaf Crazy Jet barrel and a 4UANTUM Friction bucking.
