The CNC gearbox V6 QSC is designed for P90 and other airsoft replicas using the V6 gearbox. It's made from aircraft-grade aluminum EN AW 7075 T651, which offers greater strength than common structural steel, far surpassing regular zinc alloy gearboxes. The key advantage is the QSC spring quick change, allowing the spring to be replaced with a hex key without disassembling the gearbox. When installing, ensure the spring guide is properly secured to avoid misalignment and damage (ideally used with the RetroArms QSC screw, sold separately).
Thanks to CNC machining, this gearbox features precise dimensions and maximum compatibility with Tokyo Marui standard internals. Installation requires advanced skills due to differences between replica manufacturers. It's not only suitable for high-power springs but also increases reliability and longevity in standard or DSG/TSG setups.

Warnings

• Do not use cylinder heads with rubber dampers (e.g., MAXX, FPS). These can damage mounting pins. Rubber can be removed and replaced with spacers.
  
  
• Maximum screw torque: 1.2 Nm. Threadlocker with medium strength recommended.
  
  
• Bearing holes are 0.02 mm undersized to prevent spinning; apply glue to seat bearings (avoid contact with bearing face).
  
  
• Gearbox centering in replica body is crucial. Professional skills required for correct setup: shimming, AOE, gear alignment, wiring, feeding, nozzle & hop-up tuning.
  
  
• Some replicas may require custom spring guides or modifications for proper fit.
