The system uses 4 directional microphones to capture ambient audio and reproduce it inside the ear cups, allowing you to hear conversations, movement, and environmental sounds while automatically limiting harmful impulse noise to a safe 82 dB level. Quiet sounds are amplified for better situational awareness. The built-in 3.5 mm AUX input lets you connect a phone, radio, or other audio source for music, radio monitoring, or phone calls (USB-C to AUX adapter for phones without a 3.5 mm jack is not included). Optimized sound processing provides clear ambient audio and excellent speech intelligibility. The multi-layer headband design improves comfort, while the lightweight construction reduces pressure during extended use.

Is there a noticeable difference between the M300A and M300X?

Yes. The M300X offers more effective noise suppression and uses four ambient microphones, making it easier to determine the direction of sounds. In practice, this means quicker reactions to movement or conversations around you. It's also the only M300 model equipped with a 3.5 mm AUX input.

Can I listen to a radio through the AUX input?

Yes, as long as the radio has a 3.5 mm audio output. The earmuffs work as passive headphones—they do not include a microphone for voice transmission.

Are they suitable for airsoft?

They are primarily designed for shooting sports, but they're also useful for airsoft thanks to their enhanced ambient sound amplification. You'll hear footsteps, teammates, and nearby movement more clearly. Although you can connect a radio via an AUX PTT adapter, the earmuffs do not have a microphone to transmit your voice, so for airsoft communication we recommend the M32 PLUS or M32X instead.

How long do the batteries last in real use?

Typically several shooting sessions or training days. With shooting range use once or twice a week, the batteries can last around six months.
