The outer layer made of Oxford 900D resists tearing and is reinforced with an anatomical TPU X-Type shell that absorbs energy upon impact. The manufacturer recommends use up to 90 kg for falls from a height of 1.5 m, however during normal tactical use such as kneeling or sliding, they provide sufficient protection even for heavier users.
