IFAK / MEDIC Pouch by Warrior Assault Systems

A professional IFAK pouch designed for carrying a personal first aid kit, trauma bandages, CAT tourniquets, or Combat Gauze. Thanks to its internal pull-tab, the pouch allows immediate one-handed access to its contents – ideal for emergency medical response.
The rear features a dedicated holder for medical shears, accessible without opening the pouch. Side MOLLE loops allow for attaching extra gear like an additional tourniquet or pouch.
The top flap includes a VELCRO panel for a medical identification patch. The pouch uses only 2 MOLLE columns, making it compatible with plate carriers, belts, chest rigs, and other gear.
