Novritsch IFAK Pouch for First Aid Kit

Looking for a universal IFAK pouch for your airsoft first aid kit? Need a durable case with a removable insert that fits standard-size medical gear? Want to choose between vertical and horizontal carry? The Novritsch IFAK pouch delivers all that. It features a removable inner insert designed for a medical kit (not included). Thanks to its smart design, you can pull out the insert with one hand—ideal when every second counts. The back of the pouch has laser-cut holes for MOLLE clips, which are not included but available separately. Using these clips, you can mount the pouch vertically or horizontally—for example, on the back of a belt, the side of a plate carrier, or a drop leg panel. The front features a VELCRO patch with a black cross in the shape of the Novritsch logo. Removing it reveals a laser-cut red cross for quick identification of a medic during gameplay. The pouch is made of strong, durable material and is suitable for hand washing only.
