The internal organizer with MIL-SPEC elastic loops and pockets allows logical arrangement of medical supplies according to order of use. We tested loading the pouch and can confirm it fits 2× C.A.T. Tourniquet, 2× pressure bandage, 2× QuickClot Combat Gauze, sterile occlusive chest seal, airway tube, and trauma shears (medical contents not included). Attachment to gear is handled by a combination of a VELCRO panel and a safety retention strap with buckle, preventing accidental detachment. When needed, simply release the buckle and pull the handle sharply to tear the pouch off the panel for self-treatment or to hand it to a medic. We recommend adding a medical cross VELCRO patch to the front VELCRO panel so the pouch is immediately identifiable.
