What is the difference between the Speeder and the standard Perun Clicker?

The Speeder focuses on providing maximum trigger adjustability. You can adjust the pre-travel, over-travel, spring tension and the break point itself. The break can be medium, light or removed completely. This makes it particularly suitable for speedsoft, CQB and players who want a very short and sensitive trigger pull.

Do I have to open the gearbox for every adjustment?

No. Trigger over-travel and spring tension can be adjusted with the gearbox closed, and the spring can also be replaced without opening the gearbox. Trigger pre-travel, however, can only be adjusted with the gearbox open.

What trigger sensitivity should I set on the V2 Hybrid?

After installing the Speeder, the Perun unit must be set to the highest or second-highest trigger sensitivity level in both selector positions. At lower sensitivity settings, the unit may not correctly detect the trigger pull.

What trigger resistance can be set on the Gen2?

Three basic options are available: no click with the plastic screw, light click with the weakly magnetic steel screw and medium click with the strongly magnetic steel screw. With both steel screws, the intensity of the resistance point can be further fine-tuned by adjusting their position relative to the magnet.

Does the Speeder affect any functions of the Perun unit?

Yes. According to the current manual, the two-stage trigger function is not available when the Speeder is installed. Before installation, we therefore recommend considering whether you use this function in your configuration.
