RetroArms CNC Adjustable Nozzle (24-26 mm)
RetroArms CNC adjustable nozzle 24-26 mm is a practical test nozzle for determining the correct nozzle length in an AEG gearbox. It is made of 2 parts joined by a fine thread, allowing its length to be adjusted within a range of 24-26 mm. The body is made of EN AW 2007 duralumin using precision CNC turning, and the sealing O-ring is pre-installed from the factory.

RetroArms Adjustable Nozzle 24-26 mm
RetroArms CNC adjustable nozzle makes it easy to find the correct nozzle length for a specific gearbox, hop-up chamber and magazine setup. The fine thread between the two parts allows the length to be adjusted within a range of 24-26 mm. For testing, it is recommended to secure the thread with a paint marker, which limits the nozzle from turning on its own during firing while still allowing further adjustment. Once the correct length has been determined, the nozzle can also be prepared for permanent use by securing the thread with threadlocker.

Once the correct length has been found, the thread can be secured with super glue and the nozzle can be used as a permanently adjusted component.
Nozzle Adjustment and Securing
For testing, we recommend securing the adjusted length with a paint marker. This helps prevent unwanted nozzle rotation during firing while the connection can still be adjusted after the marker has dried. Once the correct length has been determined, the thread must be secured with threadlocker for permanent use. Always lubricate the sealing O-ring before using the nozzle. We recommend using the adjustable nozzle primarily to verify the ideal nozzle length for your setup and then purchasing the required length in a single-piece version.
