Does it really fit every pistol?

Most of them, yes. Thanks to its adjustable design, it accommodates both standard and larger pistols, including models equipped with a flashlight. Very small pistols may be too small for it. The handgun is wrapped inside the holster in a similar way to how a tortilla is wrapped.

Is it better than a Kydex holster?

That depends on your play style. Kydex offers faster draws, while the TORNADO is more versatile and fits a wider range of pistols, including those equipped with weapon lights. If you own multiple pistols, you do not need to buy a separate Kydex holster for each one.
