ITW NEXUS Threaded Metal Carabiner

A strong metal carabiner ITW NEXUS (USA) for standard slings with a width of 2.54 cm, which corresponds to 1 inch. The carabiner has a low profile and rounded edges to prevent snagging on gear. It is made of steel, so it can hold any rifle or machine gun. 
It installs on the sling by threading, so you need to choose a sling without permanently sewn ends (e.g., MIRAGE or Faraon). The carabiner itself is secured by a spring-loaded latch to prevent accidental opening.
There is a loop on the carabiner for attaching 2 carabiners into one, which turns a two-point attachment into a single-point.
