Hunting Long-Distance flashlight Fenix HT18

The Fenix HT18 hunting flashlight is one of the longest range tactical flashlights available. Its powerful reflector offers a range of up to 925 meters and a light output of up to 1500 lumens (ANSI). The light source is the high-performance LED SFT-40 from the American manufacturer Luminus. A single Li-ion battery type 21700 with 5000 mAh capacity and built-in USB-C charging connector (battery included) is used for power supply, in case of emergency an 18650 battery with included reduction can also be used for power supply. The Fenix HT18 LED flashlight features a total of five white light functions with up to 61 hours of runtime, including strobe flashing. There is a tactical switch on the back of the flashlight that allows for instant activation by squeezing. In addition, a red and green filter is included. Long gun mounts and the Fenix AER-04 cable switch are compatible with the flashlight, the Fenix HT18 is the ultimate light tool for professionals, hunters and all users requiring the longest range.

This model replaces the older Fenix TK61, TK47, TK32 and other flashlights.

Fenix HT18 hunting flashlight control:

Press the main switch located on the end of the flashlight to turn on, press the button for instant activation. Press the side button to switch between power modes at any time during operation. To activate the strobe, the side button must be held down for 0.8 seconds. After another short press, the flashlight returns to the original mode. The flashlight remembers the last selected mode (only works for steady light modes).

Low battery warning - the flashlight will automatically switch to the lowest mode and the indicator in the side button will flash red.

Indication of the battery charge status - each time the flashlight is switched on, the indicator LED in the side button is activated for three seconds. If the indicator LED is green the battery is more than 85% charged. Green flashing indicates 50-85% capacity. If it glows red, it is 25-50% charged. Red flashing indicates less than 25% battery capacity remaining. (Only works when using 21700 and 18650 Li-ion batteries).

Intelligent overheat protection - if the temperature of the flashlight rises above 65°C, it will automatically start to reduce power in gradual steps until it reaches 800 lumens. As soon as the temperature of the flashlight drops below 65°C, the power will automatically increase again to the original level. Operation at the highest power mode is thus not limited by time, but only by temperature.

Warning:

Use only high quality rechargeable Li-ion batteries with protective electronics.
Insert the batteries with the positive terminal facing the head of the flashlight.
If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after extended use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water.
If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
The battery is almost dead - charge it or replace it.
The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
The head, body or back of the flashlight is loose - tighten them.
