EARMOR M32 PLUS (2024) is an upgraded active hearing protection headset that provides safe noise suppression at the shooting range, excellent situational awareness, and reliable team communication. Two directional microphones with Dynamic Voice Tracking capture ambient sounds and reproduce them inside the ear cups, allowing you to hear footsteps, speech, and enemy movement while automatically reducing loud impulse noises such as gunshots or explosions to a safe 82 dB. The PLUS version introduces new gel ear cushions for significantly improved comfort during extended use and a better seal around the ears. The headset comes with a traditional headband for use without a helmet. Communication is handled by a fixed microphone on the left ear cup and a cable with a NATO Military Standard 7.0 (Nexus TP-120) connector for use with a PTT module. The low-profile ear cups do not interfere with aiming, while the durable IPX-5 construction is built for demanding field conditions. The headset is powered by 2× 1.5V AAA batteries (not included). The SET version also includes ARC helmet adapters compatible with helmets such as FAST, MICH, and similar models.

Can I communicate over a radio with this headset?

Yes. The M32 PLUS features both a microphone and a PTT connector. The M31 model, on the other hand, is designed purely for hearing protection and ambient sound amplification.

How much of a difference does it make for airsoft or shooting?

You'll notice the difference immediately. Without hearing protection, loud shots drown out everything else. With the M32 PLUS, you'll still hear footsteps, communication, and movement. It's a huge advantage, especially in CQB.

Are the gel ear cushions worth it compared to standard ones?

Absolutely. They seal better around shooting glasses, reduce pressure points, and keep your ears cooler. If you wear the headset for more than an hour, the difference is very noticeable.
