Emergency Food / Water Pack from PRO-RATION ensures a reliable supply of nutrients when an unexpected and unpleasant situation occurs. Although we do not wish anything bad on anyone, sometimes it is necessary to leave your house or apartment in a hurry (fire, flooding, structural damage) and after the initial shock you realize you have nothing to fight hunger and replenish energy (basic biological needs). This pack contains 2 large meals (400 g), 4 servings of bottled water 330 ml and 2 energy bars. In short, it is an ideal food package for an emergency backpack, which should also include medication, first aid supplies, spare clothing and other daily essentials (EDC). You do not need to worry about a chemical aftertaste, as all main meals are 100% natural and hand-cooked by Adventure Menu, preserving their excellent taste and high-quality ingredients. These are also professionally sterilized meals (so-called M.R.E. or Meal Ready to Eat). If you would like to expand this pack with additional meals, we recommend choosing from our range of ready meals by Adventure Menu. Step by Step Instructions

1. Remove the self-heating capsule from its packaging and place it at the bottom of the empty bag.

2. Place the sealed food pouch on top of the capsule.

3. Add the prescribed amount of water, usually about 60 ml according to the mark.

4. Immediately seal the bag. Hot steam will begin to escape shortly.

5. Let the food heat for 12–20 minutes depending on the meal type and ambient temperature.

6. Carefully open the bag, remove the heated meal and serve. Be careful, it will be hot.
