The internal organizer with MIL-SPEC elastic loops and pockets allows logical arrangement of medical equipment according to order of use. We tested loading the pouch and can confirm it fits 2× C.A.T. Tourniquet, 2× pressure bandage, 2× QuickClot Combat Gauze, sterile occlusive dressing (chest wound seal), airway tube (for maintaining upper airway patency) and medical scissors (equipment not included). Attachment to gear is handled by a combination of a VELCRO panel and a safety strap with buckle that prevents accidental detachment. If needed, simply release the buckle and pull the handle firmly to rip the pouch off the panel for self-treatment or to pass to a medic. We recommend adding a VELCRO patch with a medical cross and placing it on the front VELCRO panel so the pouch is instantly recognizable. The pouch is also suitable for MilSim airsoft, as it is original military equipment that meets MIL-SPEC standards and reduces IR reflection. During our airsoft use, we found it practical to carry basic first aid items such as band-aids, disinfectant, bandage, scissors, tourniquet and tick tweezers together with a "first aid kit for your weapon" (multitool with bit set, screwdriver, cleaning spray, goggles and wiping cloth). The pouch offers plenty of space and attachment points, so you can configure it exactly for your intended use.
