The internal organizer with MIL-SPEC elastic loops and pockets allows logical arrangement of medical items based on the order of use. We tried loading the pouch ourselves and can confirm it fits 2× tourniquet C.A.T. Tourniquet, 2× pressure bandage, 2× QuickClot Combat Gauze, sterile occlusive dressing (vent for chest wounds), airway tube (to keep the upper airway open) and trauma shears (this equipment is not included). Attachment to your gear is handled by a combination of a VELCRO panel and a safety strap with a buckle that prevents accidental detachment. If needed, simply undo the buckle and rip it off the panel with a sharp pull on the handle, then use it for self-aid or hand it to a medic. We recommend adding a VELCRO hook-and-loop patch with a medical cross motif and placing it on the front VELCRO panel so the pouch is immediately recognizable. The pouch is also suitable for MilSim airsoft because it is original military gear that meets MIL-SPEC standards and reduces IR reflection. During our airsoft events, we found it useful to carry basic medical items such as plasters, disinfectant, bandage, scissors, tourniquet and tick tweezers, along with a "first aid for your gun" kit (multitool with bits, screwdriver, cleaning spray for goggles and a cloth). There is plenty of space and attachment points inside, so you can tailor it exactly to the purpose you need.
