IFAK BL Kit SF Rip-off medical pouch

BL Kit SF Rip-off medical pouch. Pouch developed in cooperation with Czech Armed Forces. The pouch is made out of two parts. Base platform which is attached to belt or plate carrier by MOLLE straps and BL Kit SF medical pouch. Base platform BL medical pouch is secured in place by polyethylene tongue on the bottom and VELCRO® on the back side. Front side is covered with flap with Fastex. Back side contains polyethylene support to prevent collapsing of the pouch. VELCRO® with medical cross for designation. Attachment by two MOLLE straps with Back-Flip system. Base platform has similar size as M4 magazine for better fit. BL Kit SF Access by double zipper. One big and two small mesh pockets and rubber bands for securing essential material such as Israeli dressings, Hemostatic gauze, Nasopharyngal airways, decompression needles, surgical gloves, etc. Space for medical shears on the back.
