AirsoftParts cylinder head for ARES and Delta Armory vz. 58 is a specially designed air seal component for the gearbox of ARES / Delta Armory vz. 58 electric airsoft rifles. The body is precisely CNC-machined from EN AW 6012 T6 duralumin and uses two O-rings of different diameters to seal the space between the cylinder head and cylinder. The first is slightly smaller for easier insertion of the cylinder head into the cylinder, while the second has a larger diameter and provides the main seal of the assembly. The shaped and stepped impact ring with a hardness of 70 ShA helps cushion and distribute the mechanical impact of the piston head. The internal transition is rounded for smoother compressed-air flow towards the nozzle. The duralumin body features an electroless nickel-plated finish that creates a uniform and very smooth surface with high wear and corrosion resistance. According to the manufacturer, the surface hardness after plating reaches 660–850 HV (58–63 HRC), while the low-friction surface supports smooth nozzle movement. The cylinder head weighs 11.2 g, the manufacturer specifies a maximum recommended spring of M160, and it is made in the Czech Republic.
