The RetroArms locking screw is used to additionally secure the QSC spring guide and prevent unwanted misalignment during use. This issue may occasionally occur mainly in gearboxes where the spring guide is not fixed to the stock with a screw. The screw features an M5 external thread and can be tightened using a flat-head screwdriver or a coin.
