CNC Low-Profile Slide Bushings with a 4 mm internal diameter are precision-made using CNC turning from high-quality steel of class 19 313, specifically 1.2842 (90MnCrV8), subsequently hardened to a hardness of 58HRC. This high material and hardness standard ensures optimal bushing performance even under high stress.

These bushings are designed for heavy loads. They are intended ONLY for gears with a 4mm shaft Axis, such as reinforced gears like PandoRA from RetroArms.
It's important to note that standard gears with a 3mm shaft are not compatible with these bushings.

The low profile of these bushings is designed to function seamlessly in version II mechboxes (they fit in other mechboxes as well).
Using regular bushings or bearings in these mechboxes can cause a misalignment of the selector switch, affecting its overall function.
The low-profile bushings from RetroArms do not touch the selector switch at all, ensuring a smooth and trouble-free operation of the mechanism without compromising its function.
