Both provide faster trigger response and a higher rate of fire, but Li-Ion batteries offer up to twice the capacity in a similar-sized package. This means you can fire significantly more shots per charge. Keep in mind that cylindrical Li-Ion cells are thicker than Li-Pol packs and may not fit into every battery compartment.
