The AirsoftPro hybrid piston is designed for demanding manual sniper rifle upgrades using the APS Type 96 system. Its combination of a lightweight CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum body, stainless steel piston sear, and a POM guide ring ensures excellent durability even when using powerful upgrade springs. The redesigned pressure piston head with a larger impact pad and front air channels improves cylinder sealing, reduces stress on internal components, and contributes to higher performance. The enlarged internal diameter also allows the use of both standard 7 mm springs and more powerful 9 mm upgrade springs.
The 6061-T6 aluminum body with durable anodized finish significantly reduces piston weight and helps achieve higher muzzle velocity.
The durable stainless steel sear withstands powerful upgrade springs and long-term mechanical stress.
Front air channels expand the sealing O-ring during firing, improving cylinder sealing and helping achieve more consistent performance.
The enlarged impact pad distributes impact energy over a larger area, while the POM guide ring reduces friction and protects the cylinder interior.
