EARMOR M32H PLUS (2024) is an upgraded active hearing protection headset designed to provide safe noise reduction at the shooting range, excellent situational awareness, and reliable team communication. Two directional microphones with Dynamic Voice Tracking capture surrounding sounds and reproduce them inside the ear cups, allowing you to hear footsteps, speech, and movement while loud impulse noises such as gunshots or explosions are automatically limited to a safe 82 dB. The PLUS version introduces new gel ear cushions for significantly improved comfort during extended wear and better sealing around the ears. Communication is handled through a fixed boom microphone on the left ear cup and a cable equipped with a NATO Military Standard 7.0 (Nexus TP-120) connector for use with a PTT module. The low-profile ear cups do not interfere with aiming, while the rugged IPX-5 construction withstands demanding field conditions. Power is supplied by 2 × 1.5V AAA batteries (not included). The H (Helmet) version includes ARC mounting adapters only for helmets (FAST, MICH, and similar), so it cannot be worn directly on the head without additional accessories.

Can I communicate over a radio with this headset?

Yes. The M32H PLUS features both a microphone and a PTT connector. In contrast, the M31H model is designed only for hearing protection and ambient sound amplification.

How much does it improve the experience in airsoft or at the shooting range?

You'll notice the difference immediately. Without it, loud gunshots drown out everything else. With the headset, you can clearly hear footsteps, conversations, and movement around you. It's a huge advantage, especially in CQB.

Are gel ear cushions worth it compared to standard ones?

Absolutely. They provide a better seal around shooting glasses, reduce pressure, and keep your ears cooler. If you wear the headset for more than an hour, the difference is very noticeable.
