Are you looking for a higher scope mount that allows comfortable aiming while using a protective mask, helmet, or NVG goggles? Do you want faster and more natural target acquisition without straining your neck or forcing an unnatural head position? Do you need a solid and lightweight one-piece mount that will hold zero even on stronger calibers? Then the STRIKE SYSTEMS® HOMS-01 is exactly what you’re looking for. The mount is part of the HOMS (High Optic Mounting System) and raises the optic axis to 1.93" above the rail, which is approximately 49 mm. This provides a more natural head position when shooting with modern gear and significantly speeds up target acquisition in dynamic situations. The body of the mount is CNC-milled from aircraft-grade aluminum 6061-T6, offering an ideal balance of strength, durability, and low weight. The design removes unnecessary material while maintaining wide contact surfaces and a solid clamping RIS system, ensuring the mount reliably holds zero even under recoil. The one-piece construction increases overall rigidity and guarantees a clean, trouble-free installation. The HOMS-01 is primarily designed for 30 mm scope tubes, but thanks to its geometry it is also suitable for compact optics and short tubular red dot sights.
